| Jeanette has spent the past two years infusing Quest Scholars
with her passion for life and genuine care for that of others.
A rising junior at Stanford, she approaches both roles with
an enthusiasm about understanding individuals and communities
that evolves in conjunction with her discovery of self. With
every action guided by her desire to connect with and understand
other people, Jeanette remains conscious of her need to balance
work and play; always taking time to center herself before she
reaches out to others. Despite this, she is incapable of turning
down a great conversation, an evening walk, or a good laugh.
Her other loves include travel, long hikes, and any chance to
move or to dance. As her appreciation of music grows, Jeanette
hopes to soon re-teach herself to play the violin and the piano.
Through a combination of this love for others and a strong sense
of leadership, she ultimately hopes to contribute as much as
possible to her family, her friends, and her community. |
