Peggy Bui
Quest Staff Member 2004
, 2005
Quest Participant 2002

Hometown: Orange, CA School: Harvard
Majors: History & Philosophy of Science, East Asian Studies

As a rising junior at Harvard College, Peggy is keenly interested in pursuing work in the public service sector. She started working in this field at the age of 14 and her experience with underprivileged women and children has allowed her to recognize the problems that socio-economically disadvantaged families face. Peggy’s dream of working in inner cities and developing countries shows her unbending compassion for humanity. In addition to working for Quest, Peggy is also an intern for Interval House, a program that helps domestic violence victims. It should be no surprise that one of Peggy’s greatest joys is in spending time with young students, for she has spent the past eight years teaching leadership and scouting skills at Thiếu Nhi Thánh Thể, a Vietnamese Eucharistic youth group. Peggy also serves as the Vice President of the Harvard Vietnamese Association and enjoys exploring her cultural heritage through music and dance. In her spare time, she enjoys creative writing and projects in graphic design. Those close to Peggy appreciate her unique sense of humor and wit, reflecting her spirited individuality.
